Register your Walk

Registering your Walk is essential to receive your official digital participation certificate from the Global Diabetes Walk campaign. To ensure you and your organization are recognized, please fill out the registration form below with accurate details. All Walks must take place during November as part of Diabetes Awareness Month. If you have already organized your Walk but haven’t registered yet, you can still do so! However, please let us know when you submit your registration, so we can ensure you receive your participation certificate.
